Member Details
When you become a member of the site, you provide basic account information including name, address and phone number. Be sure to update your contact information and email address immediately if they ever change.
If you wish to change any details this can be accessed after logging on. Update your contact information including address, phone number and user ID and password in this section.
Username
Your username is what you use to log into your account. Unfortunately, you cannot change your username once it has been created
My Account
To log in to your account click on My Account in the top menu and enter your username/email and password. If you are not registered, fill out the required fields under Register on the My Account page. Alternatively, you can log on from a product page before making a bid.

Forgotten Password
If you have forgotten your password, click on ‘Lost your Password?’ within My Account. You will be required to enter your email and a link will be sent to you to reset this.
Contacting the Club
If you wish to contact the club to ask more information about an item, use the Contact Us page containing your query and email address so that they may respond directly to you.
False or Missing Information
It is not permitted to omit or enter incorrectly your name, address or telephone number when registering to become a member of the website. Members details are scanned regularly, and any questionable information will be checked.
If you encounter a member who you believe has falsified contact information, please use the ‘Contact Us’ form.
Anyone violating these rules will have their membership suspended indefinitely.
Buyer Policies
As a buyer, you must follow the rules of the website. If you break a rule, your account will be suspended while the violation is investigated. Reasons that your membership may be suspended include (but are not limited to) – Non-payment, False Contact Information, Unwelcome Bidding, and Solicitation of Off-site Sales.
Publishing Contact Information
It is a violation of the website’s policy to publish the contact information of a website member. If you experience such a violation of our policy, please report it using the ‘Contact Us’ page. The website will not disclose any members contact information without prior consent of the member.
Credit Card Protection
As all monetary transactions are receipted by SportsTG. You need not disclose you credit card information to anyone else. Should any club try to obtain your credit card details or seek any other form of payment direct from you, please contact SportsTG immediately.
All online payments are covered by SSL certification, provided by Thawte.
